    For those interested.
I got to try out some stuff for the PBE.
Kat’s Rework: Early Game Nerf, Buff to mid/late game, farming and pushing.

Garen Rework: Same thing, early nerf, late buff.
Teemo Buffs: Makes Malady/Nashor’s builds with a Lichbane hurt quite a bit as each auto attack now has an AP coefficient of 0.4

The math here is that 5 auto attacks bring the same on hit damage as 2 Lichbane proc’d attacks previously. Given Lichbane’s 2s CD per attack, your AP on hit damage is equivalent to Lichbane damage at 0.8 attack speed growing as you attack faster.

Kayle Buffs: Much the same as Teemo. AP/AS builds are stronger by a fair amount.

Rengar: Seems solid as a jungler. 9/21/0, AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR/Lvl Glyphs and AD/Mvspd Quints.
    Boots/Pots start. Wraiths > Red > Wolves > Wraiths > Doubles/Blue.
Boots > HoG > Wriggles > Maw > Trinity (Seems fine despite no mana)/Fmallet > Warmogs > Sell Wriggles or HoG for Atmas.
He’ll typically excel with builds that most manaless junglers excel with (Shyv, Riven, Darius, etc)

Ganking Potential is fine, you should typically gank at 4 Ferocity allowing for Bola Strike to proc 5 Ferocity. With a slowed opponent you have the choice of a large damage spike via Q or a 1s Snare via E again. Cool downs are temporarily available for the empowered spell so you can double tap E for a slow and snare.
At 6 you can do this and then use your ultimate for a free empowerment if the opponent is over extended. If not, use your ultimate to sneak to them and sneak past wards.
